We sell Dog Park Permits on behalf of the Louisville Dog Run Association.and are pleased to be able to provide this convenient service to our customers. 100% of the fees are sent to the association. We do not run the parks and we do not create the rules.
Permits are available at these Feeders Supply locations: Baxter, St. Matthews, Middletown, Fern Creek, Hikes Point, Springhurst, Holiday Manor, Pewee Valley, Preston, and Dixie Highway.
To apply you MUST BRING copies of the following with you when you come to the store:
- Proof of required rabies vaccination (Recommended vaccinations: Parvo, Distemper, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella) )
- Louisville Metro Animal Services registration (license) or registration for your county of residence.
- Completed Louisville Dog Run Association application
Fees: The cost of the 2017 Dog Park Permit is $35 for the first dog, $25 for the second dog, $15 for the third dog, and $10 per additional dog in the same household.
All requests for adding dogs to exisitng permits or for replacement fobs must be made directly to and approved by the Louisville Dog Run Association. Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a change or replacement.
